1. Check the waterproof self-adhesive label paper for burrs

The edge of the self-adhesive paper roll is smooth and undamaged, which is the basis of the printing quality of the self-adhesive label. Therefore, before printing and processing, carefully check whether the cut edge of the paper roll is not There are glitches. If the self-adhesive paper is damaged due to improper storage and transportation, the self-adhesive paper should be rolled down 4-5 turns, and the edges should be carefully trimmed.

2. Check whether the waterproof self-adhesive label paper is torn

If the self-adhesive paper is cut, the cutting CNC blade is not adjusted properly, or the cutting edge is not sharp enough, there will be cracks on the surface paper or the bottom white paper of the self-adhesive paper, chemical Fibers pulled from cracks can also get stuck with glue. The tear generation can be continuous or random, it is likely to happen on one side of the sticker roll, and also on both sides, so before the sticker is printed on the machine, not sure about you Look carefully for small cracks on glossy and face paper.

Then take a sample paper that passes the above inspection, tear it off the backing paper, check again the backing paper and the backing white paper for cracks, because the cracks are sometimes small , only after passing can you find that the glossy paper and the facial paper are separated. .It should be noted that during the printing process, ink and glue will slowly accumulate on the paper guide roller of the printing press, which will also cause the edge of the self-adhesive paper to tear. Therefore, even with step-by-step printing, the above problems cannot be ignored.

3. Check whether the edge of the waterproof self-adhesive label paper is stuck, whether the glossy paper has missed the edge of the self-adhesive silicone paper, or some parts of the white paper at the bottom If the wrong place is applied with methyl silicone oil, it will cause discharge during the printing production process, the paper towel will be torn and thrown away, and normal production will not be possible. Therefore, before printing, you need to take a piece of self-adhesive paper more than 1 meter, tear it off, and check if there are some edges or other parts that cannot be torn off smoothly. Usually, the edge adhesion of face paper and glossy paper occurs under the cutting roller of the whole bundle of pasted stickers, and generally only occurs on the surface layer of 7m to 10km. It is necessary to immediately conclude that the edges of the dry glue paper are not glued, and the whole bundle of paper has this problem.

In addition, it is important to note that the force used to remove lighter tissue papers such as 60gsm and 80gsm tissue papers is greater than the net weight of the tissue paper. Because of this, when cutting the film according to the customer's requirements, sometimes the self-adhesive paper selected by the customer cannot be cut at the basic printing speed.

4. Check whether the slit inner hole of the self-adhesive film is vertical and whether the winding is uniform. Due to the change of the film cutting position, it is difficult to handle waste products; the tension is uneven during winding. It will cause the change of the printing paper force and the uneven support force during the printing process, resulting in quality problems of the printed matter.
